As the Director of Operations at Endurance Wealth Management, she leverages her extensive experience from S&P Global Market Intelligence, where she worked closely with investment professionals to optimize their strategies and deliver exceptional service.

With a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut, Surbhi combines analytical expertise with a client-first mindset. She takes pride in building meaningful relationships and ensuring every client’s experience is seamless and stress-free. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering all that her new home in Minnesota has to offer and spending quality time with her family.
