Tait graduated from the University of St. Thomas, where he cultivated a passion for strategic planning and client-focused services. Prior to joining Endurance Wealth Management, he served as an Employee Health and Benefits Advisor at a prominent insurance broker. This experience equipped him with a deep understanding of insurance solutions and the importance of a well-tailored plan.

Tait is a member of Dakota County Chamber of Commerce, serving the community where Tait and his wife, Haley, currently reside. Tait enjoys traveling the world, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
